Tell us your league's name, your city, how many divisions you have, and when your next season starts.

Get your web address
We set up yourleague.rinkzy.com and send you the code to get in.

Make it yours
Add your league's name, logo, and banner from your phone, and pick your colors in settings.

Add your players
Paste a link to the Google Sheet with your roster and check that it looks right. Captains get their own passcodes.

Add your schedule
Build the season in Rinkzy, link a Google Sheet, or link your city's TeamSideline page.

Drop the puck
Send everyone the link. They add it to their home screen, turn on alerts, and you're off.
Questions
Things people ask us.
What does it cost?
$3 a player per season for your first 150 players, and $2 for each player after that, plus a one time $250 setup fee. The league pays by the season, or pays for the year and saves 10%.
Can players get it as an app?
Yes. Open your league's link and add it to your home screen. It opens like any other app, alerts included, without going through an app store. It works on iPhone, Android, and computers.
Do players need an account?
No. Anyone with the link can see the schedule, scores, standings, and stats. Players can make an account if they want to claim their page, add a photo, and show off their cards.
Who can change things?
Only the people you let in. Admins use a code or their account, captains get a team passcode, and scorekeepers get their own code. Everyone else can look but not touch.
What about youth leagues?
Youth leagues can keep rosters private so only admins, coaches, and staff see them, and the cards meant for adults stay out. You can call your captains coaches, too.
Roller or ice?
Either. Rinkzy is built for rec hockey, adult or youth, with one division or several.
Can we keep our own look?
Yes. Your name, logo, colors, and banners. Rinkzy only shows up as a small "Powered by" at the bottom.
What happens to our history?
It all stays. Past teams, champions, stats, and cards are kept every season. When you start a new season, last season's captains just lose their access.
We already keep our schedule somewhere else.
If it's in a Google Sheet, or on a city site that uses TeamSideline, you can keep it there. Rinkzy checks it every 3 hours and never overwrites a score your league entered. Anywhere else, you can build the schedule in Rinkzy.
